well that was a busy christmas

again i have neglected this....i really need to try and focus lol, new cards and some other things coming in the new year....

I just love this paper from Close to my Heart...You rock, and the stamp is X-treme...i made a few with this paper for some older boy cards...ive been really inventive lately i hope it doesnt go away!

Was at my fav scrapbook store the other day... Memory Keeper here in hamilton, i got a great deal on this and that tape...its was crazy!!  had 3 tape cartridges and each had 2 refills and there was also a whole bunch of pop dots and square for only $24.99..thats crazy eh!  It should do me for the christmas cards anyways i would hope lol..been busy this week and have my bazaar next weekend so i have a few more things to get done, then i start the jewelry that needs to be done for chirstmas..its coming too fast

the wreaths have came out nicely and i hope others like them as well..what do you think?  they are all made with 12x12 papers, the first one is with close to my heart jingle paper

been busy geting ready for chirstmas bazaar, made alot of orgami wreaths and decorated them i love this wreath lol...working on cards other than christmas and trying to start my christmas shopping...seems like it never ends

it was a quiet Thanksgiving weekend and i was able to make some more oragami wreaths...now to the dolllar store for some decorations to add to them...alot of chirstmas cards done..but still need more of everything its going to be a busy couple of weeks for sure!

here is the card that i used the fantastx on im having fun making cards for an upcoming bizarre that I am participating in.  Getting quite busy now but I have this cold that is nagging at me and not helping motivation of any kind.  Hoping it will be gone by weekend I would really like to enjoy it without my head feeling like its swimming...

I have to rave about this product I use..Fantastix by Tsukineko..these little coloring tools are great and so easy to work with. The can be reused and sharpened with a pencil sharpener to get the most for your dollar...they come in packs of 6 and have 3 bullet ends and 3 brush points..for under $10 CAN..its a great deal considering how long they will last...i will post the cards I used them on soon.

been back into my groove of things now, crafting away and getting things done too!..i have a bizzare coming up and need to get in gear for that and hopefully posting some things on etsy...we will see how life goes for that..looking forward to my mini vacation with hubby, 1 night away is so little but helps so much..

Fall is here

I love this weather, we went apple picking yesterday and had a great time...did a workshop over weekend and madde some beautiful cards, i will post it up shortly...looking forward to getting some tim to myself with little one in school a few days a week..gives me a chance to catch up

im so excited my baby great niece is born!!! i cant wait to finally meet her!!...its been a busy week here with the start of school ive only had a few moments to myself to make a few cards... starting my Christmas cards as well....going to set up a CTMH website hopefully over weekend too promote more for sales...its a lot of work but worth it in the end!!

wow its been awhile lol

its been almost a year..alot has went on in that year and i wont bore you with the details..working on some new cards to add to the mix...

we alos have a new addition to my moms family and isnt she so cute...Missy came to live with her on September 5, 2010 and have already stole the hearts of many in our family...keep coming back i will be adding my new cards shortly...

OK...im busy these days, my hubby decided to renovate the basement aka my craft area right during my busy cardmaking time...its almost done but i have to wait for rug to be put in to fully organize all of it! which wont be until after christmas!... but it looks awesome and when its all done i will post some pics! working on a quilt for a friend who had a baby, just hte binding left and i will take a pic and upload it...ive done tons of cards and need to upload them as well, but they are on my facebook for all to see! My boy turned 7 last weekend and I look at him and wonder where my little baby went... hes so tall now! wow not taking after my family at all lol

OH BOY...im bad..i havent been doing anything this summer on here I apologize! I was busy over the summer quilting...I have finished my table runner and now working on getting the placemats together and quilted! I am also working on a baby quilt for a friend! so I am also starting to sell Close to my Heart products as well and working on making a few things to sell at my grnadfathers home bizarre in Novemember! I am excited about this but need to get some motivation to start~..I think once my beginner parcel is delivered it will get the creative juices flowing again!...I also want to branch back out with my wedding invites too and work on some new designs..I will be adding this to my blog soon as well. I will be uploading alot soon i hope and will be catching up on all the stuff I have been missing over the summer.

WOW, i cant believe how fast the time flew by... already June 17th and the kids are getting started for summer vacation in a week...Matthew is doing good at T ball and his team is really coming together...I havent made anything as i have been lazy...got to find motivation somewhere!

What a busy weekend!  I had an awesome time at the show!  Did some gardening and worked on my 2nd quilting project.  A table runner and placemats...my neighbor has given me a garbage bag full of material and some of it came to use for the placemats i am making.  I am also going to be doing some christmas cards for a Christmas in July event that my mom does.  So hopefully they will sell... I still have to post some of my wedding invites but i am being lazy!  Oh well as mom says there is always tomorrow.  lol

well im doing it....watching what i eat and exercising again!  I have to vent some of this negative energy out and get the new positive energy in, I have been having a hard time with being creative lately!  I have so many ideas just cant seem to get them onto paper lol...oh well time to get the kiddies off to bed soon!

Been a busy weekend, Matthew had Tball school and got his game times for tball.  Seems like time goes too fast.  This week I am going to Cirque de Solie at the casino with my mom and aunt, I am looking forward to this so much!  Then I will start my new quilting project for my Mom in law.  It seems simple enough so i dont think i will have any problems with it!  My next project is a table runner and placemats then after that i am thinking  about making a small picnic blanket!

Had an awesome time  at my sisters yesterday!  Met  people as crazy as me lol!  Was a bit cold here but cant complain at least its not snow!  I had my workshop and it went good I still need to post the pics .  The little robins in the nest next  door stook flight I think, the nest is empty and the mommy robin is not Dive bombing at anyone anymore.  Well its the start of today and hopefully its a good one!
